The concept of using a pile system in any construction has been widely tested and proven as an effective flooring support system.
By utilising the precast compacted concrete disk, with additional connection to the pile BEFORE it is placed in the ground, the requirement to have the pile supported is meet, as difined in NZS 3604;1999 - 6.4.5 & NZS 3604:2011- 6.4.5 and enables the construction to continue without cost and time delay, [ NZS 3604;1999 - 6.4.5.6 ] [ NZS 3604:2011- 6.4.5.7].
